[two_third]The New Hampshire Bar Exam is a two-day exam that is administered on the last Tuesday and Wednesday of February and July. New Hampshire administers the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) which means that you will only be tested over general legal knowledge and no state-specific information.
The first day of the exam, Tuesday, is the essay portion of the exam. New Hampshire administers the Multistate Essay Exam (MEE) which consists of six 30-minute essays and the Multistate Performance Test (MPT) which consists of two 90-minute “closed universe” scenarios that come with their own rules, facts, and case information.
The second day of the exam, Wednesday, is the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE). The MBE consists of 200-multiple choice questions that are tested in two 3-hour blocks.[/two_third]
