[two_third]The Oregon Exam is a two-day exam that is administered on the last Tuesday and Wednesday of February and July. You will need to know Oregon-specific law for the exam.
The first day of the exam, Tuesday, is the essay portion of the exam. Oregon administers six 30-minute essays and the Multistate Performance Test (MPT) which consists of two 90-minute “closed universe” scenarios that come with their own rules, facts, and case information.
The second day of the exam, Wednesday, is the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE). The MBE consists of 200-multiple choice questions that are tested in two 3-hour blocks. [/two_third]
